Customer Reviews
solid place for collectibles, mostly
Anyone else get a ton of their model kits here? I picked up the "HG 1/144 Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury" kit, and it was perfect. The points system is great, really adds up for future savings, and I even snagged a 15% off code from their newsletter once. Shipping can be a bit steep sometimes though.
Smooth order for a Figma
I pre-ordered the Figma Persona 5: Joker figure last month. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no confusing steps. I got email updates when it shipped, which was nice. It arrived well-packaged, the box was in perfect condition, and the figure itself is flawless. The articulation is great, and all the accessories were included. I had a question about my tracking number initially, and their customer service responded within 24 hours with a clear explanation. Overall, a really solid experience from start to finish. It's good to know what to expect with these kinds of purchases.
Absolutely amazing figure!
I just received my Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: Snow Miku (Glowing Snow Ver.) and it's even better than I imagined! The details are incredible and the quality is top-notch. Shipping was pretty fast to my place in Texas, only took about a week and a half. I'm so happy with this purchase! I'm definitely going to shop here again for more figures, and I've already told my friends about this store. You guys are awesome!
Consistently reliable for figures
This is my third purchase from Solaris Japan, and they continue to be a go-to for my figure collection. This time I picked up a scale figure, the "Rem: Wedding Dress Ver." and like my previous orders, the item was packaged securely and arrived without any damage. They're very consistent with their shipping times too, usually around 8-10 days to my address. I keep coming back because I know I'll get authentic products and dependable service every time.
Got my manga, it was chill
Just got some manga from here, a few volumes of Chainsaw Man. It was pretty easy to find what I wanted on the site. Shipping took a bit, like 10 days to get to me, but it got here fine. The books were in good shape, no bends or anything. All in all, a good experience, nothing bad happened.
Found a great deal on a game
I was looking for a specific retro game, a Super Famicom title, and found it here in their pre-owned section. The description mentioned some minor box wear, which was accurate, but the game cartridge itself was pristine. The price was significantly lower than what I'd seen elsewhere, especially after using some of my accumulated loyalty points from a previous purchase. It felt like a really good value for money, saving me some cash while still getting a quality item. Glad I checked their pre-owned section first.

How do these guys compare to AmiAmi? I've mostly ordered from AmiAmi but Solaris Japan has a figure I want that's sold out everywhere else.
Hey, thinking about pre-ordering a figure but I'm kinda tight on cash right now. Do they charge you right away for pre-orders or when it actually ships?
Is Solaris Japan actually legit? Heard some stories about fake figures from other places and don't want to get scammed.
Are the pre-owned figures actually decent quality? I've been burned before with other sites where 'used' meant 'trashed'.
Does Solaris Japan send out coupon codes often, or is it mostly just their points system? Looking to save a bit on a bigger purchase.
